J. Michael Harter Map Collection: The Historical Geography of the Llano Estacado

This collection is composed of a series of nine files, each containing maps created by Mike Harter that he drew to teach specific lessons about the history and geography of the Llano Estacado. The arrangements of maps within the files reflect the logic of Harter’s history classes. A few of the files contain visual aids such as photographs and primary sources such as newspaper articles. The collection also includes a few articles and lectures given by Harter on the Llano Estacado.
