dc.description.abstractThis final composite explores classroom behavior management and the use of positive intervention behavior management strategies (PIBMS) in rural middle schools. The first scholarly deliverable is a case study article that could be used for teaching doctoral or master’s candidates in the field of educational leadership. The title of this article is “A Case Study on Classroom Behavior Management.” This case explores how organizational communication and accountability can be used to impact and empower classroom behavior management strategies. The final scholarly deliverable is an empirical article titled “Positive Intervention Behavior Management Strategies in Rural Middle Schools.” This empirical article focuses on the most difficult challenges rural middle school administrators face in implementing PIBMS successfully.
