dc.description.abstractThe research focus of the scholarly delivery is leadership practices of principals. The first scholarly deliverable is a case study article that can be used for teaching doctoral or master’s candidates in the field of educational leadership. The title of this article is “Who Made That Rule? A Saga of the Bold and the Beautiful[ly Compliant]”. The case represents the role of beliefs in the decisions principals make related to student learning. The final scholarly deliverable is an empirical article that focusses on spiritual practices of campus leadership. The title of this article is “Soulful Leadership: Spiritual Practices of Principals”.
